Kollectorium is an independent archive and marketplace for collectible figures. We use character names, product codes, and product imagery to identify real, physical collectibles, the same way a price guide or auction catalogue does. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, studio, or rights holder. If you own rights to something on this site and want it removed, tell us and we will act quickly.

Character names, film and series titles, manufacturer names, and product reference codes that appear on Kollectorium are the trademarks and property of their respective owners (including but not limited to Hot Toys, Sideshow Collectibles, Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., and others). They are used descriptively, solely to identify the collectible products being catalogued, tracked, or traded by our members.

Product photography is used for the purpose of identifying specific releases and editions. Community members may additionally upload their own photographs of items they physically own.

If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on Kollectorium infringes your copyright or trademark, email us at tribunal@kollectorium.com with the subject line “Takedown Request” and include:

• Identification of the protected work or mark you believe is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on kollectorium.com where the material appears.
• Your name, organisation, and contact details.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We review complete notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the identified material expeditiously where appropriate, and notify the member who posted it.

If your content was removed following a takedown request and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue the matter further.

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will be suspended or permanently closed.

The Kollectorium name, the Kollectorium™ wordmark, our original characters (including The Archivist, The Keeper, Purveyor Pyre, and Convenor Petal), our site design, lore, and software are © 2026 Kollectorium. All rights reserved. Members keep ownership of the photos and text they upload and grant us a licence to display them on the platform, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
