These Terms govern your use of www.kollectorium.com and any related services. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform is operated by:
KOLLECTORIUM S.à r.l.-S, a simplified private limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée) incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on 19 June 2026, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés) under number B308986.

Kollectorium is a platform for figure collectors to track collections, research figures, showcase, buy, sell, and trade through a community marketplace. Core features are free; some optional features may be paid.
Kollectorium is a community platform that facilitates connections between collectors. It is not a payment processor, escrow service, transaction guarantor, or authentication authority.
All trades, sales, and exchanges are conducted exclusively between users. Kollectorium bears no responsibility or liability for failed deliveries, lost shipments, item condition disputes, non-payment, fraudulent listings, or any financial loss resulting from user-to-user transactions.
The Kollectorium Council provides community dispute mediation only. Council reviews are non-binding community trust decisions. They are not legal arbitration, do not compel refunds, and do not constitute official rulings. Council findings may result in platform reputation consequences (warnings, suspensions, trust flags) at Kollectorium's sole discretion.
By using the Marketplace, you acknowledge that transactions are at your own risk. Kollectorium recommends using tracked shipping, retaining proof of postage, and communicating all transaction details through the platform messaging system.
To access most features you must register with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You may delete your account at any time via your Account settings or by contacting us at council@kollectorium.com. All your personal data will be permanently erased.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are deemed harmful to the community, without notice and without entitlement to compensation.
All content on Kollectorium, including the figure catalogue, platform design, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Kollectorium. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
By uploading photos, notes, listings, or other content you confirm you have the right to do so. You grant Kollectorium a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content solely for the operation of the platform. You retain ownership.
You are solely responsible for content you upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is harmful to users.
You grant Kollectorium the right to use the data you contribute (including collection, pricing, ratings, and activity data) to create aggregated and anonymised statistics and insights. All such aggregated and anonymised insights, and any derived datasets, analyses, or market intelligence built from them, are owned exclusively by Kollectorium and may be used, published, shared, or licensed to third parties. Because these insights are anonymised and reported only at group level, they do not identify you. This does not grant Kollectorium ownership of your personal data, which remains governed by our Privacy Policy.
The platform may only be used for its intended purpose. You must not:
You may not list, sell, trade, or promote counterfeit, pirated, bootleg, stolen, or otherwise intellectual-property-infringing or illegal goods, nor represent a recast, replica, or unlicensed reproduction as genuine. You may not post content that is illegal, infringing, or fraudulent. Kollectorium may remove any such listing or content, and may suspend the account responsible, upon notice or at its own discretion.
Automated access to, scraping, crawling, mirroring, or data extraction of any content on this platform, by any means and for any purpose, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Kollectorium. This includes but is not limited to: figure catalogue data, pricing data, user listings, collection data, and all other content.
The Kollectorium figure catalogue is a proprietary compiled database representing substantial investment in the collection, verification, and curation of data. Kollectorium asserts its rights under the EU Database Directive (Directive 96/9/EC) and all equivalent national and international laws. These rights apply regardless of whether any individual data point is independently protected by copyright.
Violations constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, permanent IP blocking, and legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief under applicable Luxembourg, EU, and international law.
Kollectorium is free to use. Creating an account, tracking your collection, browsing the Archive, participating in the Courtyard, and buying or selling in the Bazaar carry no charge, and Kollectorium takes no fee or commission on transactions between collectors.
Some optional extras, such as supporter memberships, cosmetic items, or account verification, may require payment. These never gate the core platform. Prices, billing periods, and included features are described on the platform and may change with appropriate notice.
Kollectorium may offer optional account verification. A verification badge means only that the account completed the verification steps described at the time. It is not an endorsement, does not guarantee any user's conduct or trustworthiness, and does not make Kollectorium a party to any transaction. Trade with the same care regardless of badges.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Kollectorium does not store payment card details.
Paid memberships run for the period chosen at purchase. Once the period expires, access to the paid extras lapses. There are no automatic renewals unless explicitly offered and agreed.
We may terminate your paid membership with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, are located in a sanctioned territory, or for legal/regulatory reasons. Termination due to your breach does not entitle you to a refund.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts under EU law applies to sales between a trader (a business seller) and a consumer. Most sales on Kollectorium are private, collector-to-collector (consumer-to-consumer) sales, which do not carry a statutory right of withdrawal. Where a Seller acts in the course of a business, that Seller's sales to consumers may carry the 14-day right, subject to that Seller's own terms. This right does not apply to digital services provided directly by Kollectorium once fully performed with your consent.
UK consumers have equivalent rights under UK law. The same exceptions apply.
Brazilian consumers have a 7-day right of regret for distance contracts under the Consumer Protection Code. The same scope limitations apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kollectorium is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
This does not affect liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to hold Kollectorium and its staff harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your use of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by US law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded by law.
Failure by Kollectorium to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
We may interrupt the service for maintenance or updates. We will notify users where reasonably possible.
You may not resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time with appropriate notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
If you have a dispute with Kollectorium, please contact us first at council@kollectorium.com with a brief description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve it amicably within 2 business days.
This does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
