Hello, dear resident. I'm Moose, Head Archivist. I keep the records here, and I supervise.

Kollectorium is what happens when collectors refuse to let the chaos win. It is a living archive of sixth-scale figures, those lovely, faintly ridiculous thirty-centimetre people who quietly take over your shelves and your savings. Every one of them is catalogued, cross-referenced and kept in good order. I check.

Under one roof you'll find the Archive, where the hobby is documented; the Vault, where your own collection lives; the Observatory, where announcements and releases are followed; the Bazaar, where collectors trade directly; and the Courtyard, where everyone talks about all of it. It is all free, and it is built by collectors, for collectors.

One honest thing before we go on: we don't manufacture figures, and Kollectorium isn't a retailer. Collectors can sell to one another in the Bazaar, but the Archive itself exists to document the hobby, carefully, the way a slightly obsessive keeper records a collection nobody else thought to write down properly. Think less faceless database, more the cat on the counter who knows exactly which version you mean.

Every one of these was earned the slow way, one figure at a time. I counted. The Hot Toys census is deliberately broad: releases, variants and older records that disappear from current catalogues are kept rather than quietly dropped. That is why our count of 1,679 may differ from older references you have seen.

Anyone can pile figures into a spreadsheet. I've seen the spreadsheets. The real work is making the records agree with each other. Makers ship the same figure under three names. One character turns up across a dozen brands with a dozen spellings. “Edition” and “variant” get used as if they meant the same thing, and then nothing sorts. The work here is untangling all of that into a record that means one thing consistently: the right figure, the right version, the right relationships. One honest record per figure, and knowing when two things should never be folded into one.
