The preorder deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except when production is cancelled or supplier quantities fall short, in which case it is refunded in full; cancelling after deposit forfeits it and Filbar's reserves the right not to accept future preorders from that customer. Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard and GCash, with a BDO card-installment option; no cash on delivery. Standard shipping is approximately 5-10 working days domestically with free branch pickup; no international-shipping statement exists anywhere on the site.
THE STORY
Filbar's is a Philippine comics and collectibles retail chain originally founded in 1979, now operated by Collecticons, Inc. It lists 19 branch locations across Metro Manila malls alongside its online store, with a separate reservation system for the brick-and-mortar network. The online catalog is organized under Funko, Hot Toys (including the Cosbaby line), Beast Kingdom and comics.
