Documented history: in August 2022 Hot Toys publicly stated the company was not and had never been its wholesale partner, distributor or dealer, and accused it of unauthorized use of Hot Toys trademarks and images. Its Trustpilot listing closed with 443 reviews of which roughly 85 percent were one-star, with a recurring pattern of months-long non-delivery and refunds refused in favour of store credit expiring in 60 days; the successor Toys Apollo listing accumulated 173 reviews with the same pattern before also closing. In September 2023 the YouTube channel Justin's Collections publicly ended its partnership citing refund failures. A further successor brand alleged by customers has not been independently confirmed and is not named here. Unrelated shops with similar names, including toyswonderland.store and the Cosmic Toys shops in the US and UK, have no connection to this company.

Toys Wonderland Limited was a Hong Kong online collectibles retailer incorporated in September 2019, trading at toyswonderland.com and later under the Toys Apollo name. As of August 2026 the storefront is closed: the domain sits on a for-sale parking page and the successor domain no longer resolves.
