Doom takes the throne
Forty-one figures in a single day. Hot Toys unveiled the Avengers: Doomsday court: Doctor Doom in four forms, his throne to sit upon, and, walking into an Avengers film like they own it, Magneto, Cyclops and Gambit. The X-Men are in the building. As if that needed company, JND Studios joined the maker roll with twenty-one hyperreal pieces, from bank robber Jokers and Harvey Dent to the Hogwarts trio and John Wick himself. And every gallery in the Keep now pinches: two fingers, zoom, pan, on any photo. The Archive stands at 4,723 figures and the shelves are creaking happily.
