KOLLECTORIUM
FROM THE KEEP · WEDNESDAY 28 OCTOBER
“When you wish upon a star…”
Long before the Vault, there were catalogues with circles in biro, toy-shop windows you slowed down for, magazine pages folded at the corner, and one thing you kept checking even after everyone else had forgotten about it.
The Keep has always had a soft spot for that shelf.
A Wishlist can hold three figures or three hundred. Some are passing curiosities. Some are waiting for a kinder price. Some you are actively hunting. And some have been there so long that removing them would feel strangely wrong.
So wished-for figures now have their own tags:
MUST HAVE · HUNTING · IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT · SOMEDAY · JUST LOOKING
And GRAIL, naturally.
They belong to the Wishlist. When a figure finally comes home, the hunt tag stays behind and the Vault takes it from there.
The Keep does not consider a Wishlist a collection of things you do not own.
It considers it a record of things that mattered enough to remember.
P.S.1 new figure came into the Archive, from Hot Toys.
