Pre-order policy quoted from their own FAQ: an estimated 30% deposit is required for all preorders and is non-refundable and non-transferable; items should be collected within 1 month of arrival or the deposit is forfeited as a restock fee. Deposit refunds otherwise occur only if the piece can be resold, except a full cash refund if the manufacturer discontinues the item (card payers receive store credit). The refund policy adds a 10% restocking fee on general cancellations and 30% on preorder cancellations, with a 7-day return window for defective items. Online payment is by card rails only; cash and NETS are accepted in physical stores. No itemized ship-to country list is published; overseas customers without an automatic quote are told to email for one.
