Preorders require a non-refundable deposit, illustrated on-site as 10% with the balance due on arrival, refunded only if the manufacturer cannot supply. THE STORY
Toy Sapiens is the online and flagship retail store of Hot Toys Japan Co., Ltd., Hot Toys' Japan office, established October 2007 and based in Shibuya, Tokyo. It sells Hot Toys' Movie Masterpiece, Television Masterpiece, Cosbaby and Cosbi lines plus Sideshow product, and runs separate categories for McFarlane, Hasbro, Iron Studios and Playmobil. Its Shibuya physical store closes 29 March 2026 due to lease termination and is relocating to a not-yet-announced address; the online store continues throughout.
