The Gatehouse has been reviewing its paperwork.
This has gone about as well as paperwork usually does.
A few of the forms have now been taught some manners.
Country names are considerably harder to confuse. Familiar shortcuts and common names are understood without requiring everyone to speak fluent bureaucracy.
And should you ever need to reset a password, the Keep will now let you see what you typed and ask you to confirm it before committing the mistake to history.
Small things.
But the difference between entering the Keep and standing outside arguing with a form is often made of small things.
