Jesse Pinkman

Jesse Pinkman grew up comfortable in Albuquerque and drifted out of it: bad grades, a habit, a small trade cooking and selling meth under the name Cap'n Cook. His old chemistry teacher, Walter White, had failed him in high school. Years later Mr. White turned up with a proposition and a threat, and Jesse became his partner, his salesman and eventually his conscience. The money grew and so did the cost. He lost Jane, the girlfriend who might have saved him, to an overdose that Walt let happen. He worked in Gus Fring's superlab, killed a man because Walt told him to, and tried to drown the guilt in noise. He loved Andrea and her son Brock and could not protect them. In the end he was held in chains by a neo-Nazi gang and made to cook. When he broke out, he drove into the night laughing and crying at once, and later made it to Alaska under a new name.
