Premier Toys

Premier Toys is a newer third-party studio building a small but well-chosen catalogue of film characters under coded names. Their "Card Master" tackled the Deadpool & Wolverine Gambit complete with translucent, energy-charged hands and playing cards, and their "Space Explorer" gave Interstellar's Amelia Brand a figure no licence holder ever would, produced in collaboration with Three Step Studio.

In the Archive their deepest bench is Mad Max, with a run of wasteland warriors, plus early moves into Alien. The house pattern is hand-painted realistic head sculpts on roughly thirty-points-of-articulation bodies, often released in paired A and B variants of the same SKU.

Like most of the coded-name scene they publish nothing about themselves, so the catalogue is the biography. So far it reads like a studio run by people who pick films first and sales projections second.
