Cotswold Collectibles, trading as GI Joe Elite, is a 1:6-scale specialist operating since 1989; its headquarters moved from Whidbey Island, Washington to Ennis, Texas in 2020. The catalog spans vintage and modern GI Joe, third-party military figures (DAM Toys, DID, Soldier Story, Ujindou, Kaustic Plastik, TBLeague), licensed movie and TV figures, loose parts and replacement bodies, and its house line Elite Brigade. The site ships worldwide, with international orders typically sent via USPS Air Mail. Pre-orders follow a deposit-or-pay-on-arrival structure: cards are authorized in full at checkout, but only the deposit or in-stock portion is captured up front.
